Shipping Policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after the day the order is processed. After 8 hours of placing your order, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order and you will have to wait to return your order until you receive it.
If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After processing, delivery will take 7-12 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that the carrier does not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order has been processed on a Friday after 12am it will most likely not be shipped until the following Monday.
